用化學(xué)法出產(chǎn)磨砂玻璃的工藝辦法，其過(guò)程是：

　?。?）清洗烘干：主要對(duì)要將出產(chǎn)磨砂玻璃的平板玻璃用水進(jìn)行清洗，去除灰塵、污漬，然后烘干；

　　（2）吊裝：將清洗烘干后的平板玻璃裝入吊裝架上，吊裝架與玻璃相接觸的部分用齒形橡膠支架墊起，是立式排放，玻璃與玻璃之間相距一定的距離，用吊車(chē)吊起；

　?。?）腐蝕：用吊車(chē)將平板玻璃連同吊裝架一同浸入腐蝕箱中，選用慣例腐蝕液浸沒(méi)玻璃，腐蝕時(shí)刻5-10分鐘，用吊車(chē)吊起后，淋掉殘液；
